Hello & Welcome.

My name is Amber, and I’m the person behind this journey. More than a decade ago, a traumatic birth experience reshaped the course of my life and inspired me to become a Registered Perinatal Nurse and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). That pivotal moment fueled my passion for supporting women and families to not only overcome challenges but truly flourish — both in clinical settings and within their communities.

As your consultant, my promise is to provide the highest quality of care, rooted in compassion, respect, and evidence-based practice.

Your needs matter deeply. Together, we’ll explore options, brainstorm possibilities, and create a personalized plan that feels right for you and your family. This is a collaborative journey — and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

At Lactation & Infant Sleep, we are dedicated to helping families understand what is typical for their little ones during these early months.

Our services include a range of sleep-coaching packages designed specifically for babies aged 3 to 4 months and older. We provide guidance on establishing healthy sleep habits while respecting the individual needs of each child.
