I offer personalized guidance to help you meet your feeding goals — whether that’s breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, supplementing, or any combination that works for your family.

  • I assist with a wide range of feeding issues, including:

    • Latch difficulties in breastfeeding infants

    • Low milk supply and milk production concerns

    • Nipple pain and trauma

    • Tongue-tie and other oral restrictions impacting feeding

    • Breastfeeding challenges related to premature birth or medical conditions

    • Infant weight gain and growth monitoring

    • Support for feeding multiples (twins, triplets, etc.)

    • Managing feeding difficulties such as reflux, colic, or aversions

    • Guidance on introducing solids and complementary feeding

    • Assistance with transitioning between breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and weaning

  • The earlier, the better — but it’s never too late. I work with families prenatally and in the early days postpartum, especially when things feel uncertain or more emotional than expected. Whether you are still pregnant or you have recently delivered your little one, any time is the perfect time.

  • Yes — I offer gentle, responsive guidance for newborn sleep. There’s no sleep training here — just strategies that respect your baby’s needs and your parenting style. For families with babies around 3 to 4 months old, I also offer sleep support bundles to help ease the transition as sleep patterns begin to shift, especially their first sleep regression.
